The time for daylilies is very nearly over here. This one was my favorite this year. There's always less of these lovely colors than the reliable old yellow ones. I've forgotten its name...

Wow! That is a huge lily! How beautiful!
ReplyDeleteLove the lilies! Our season hasn't even started here yet, hopefully in a couple of days...
ReplyDeleteThanks for swinging by my blog.
I wish we had some of the pink ones in our yard. Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteHappy Wordful Wednesday!
I love this subtle shade...really beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a pretty Lily. Thanks for stopping by... Hope to see you again...
ReplyDeleteIt's too bad they can't stick around all year. It's gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI have that color too. Love it.
ReplyDeleteMy kids are beggggggging me to let them rip the top off the box of treasures you sent us. I need to hide it. :-)
We brought some of the books you shared down to the lake with us and happened to have the one titled "plants with no flowers" or something like that. ANyway, we were all (meaning me) facinated by all the varieties of moss growing and we pulled out your book and sat right down to read all about it!
It's beautiful and I love it's unusual color. Guess it wanted to make sure it got "star" treatment waiting to bloom until most of the others are gone. Bet it really stands out and that you appreciate it's beauty all the more.
ReplyDeleteIt's just beautiful!
ReplyDeleteHow lovely! I sure miss the flowers when it gets to hot and they all wither away!
